Job summary
A leading UK engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team in Central London. You will oversee complex projects valued up to £20 million, ensuring compliance with commercial requirements. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and a strong background in M&E, HVAC, or MEP projects. This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000, along with benefits including a car allowance, pension, and health insurance.

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong background delivering complex M&E / HVAC / MEP projects.
- Solid understanding of JCT contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage full financial oversight of projects up to £20m.
- Prepare CVRs, cost forecasts, valuations, and change control documentation.
- Act as a key commercial point of contact for teams and clients.
