The Job Role Details:

We are now looking for an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer to join an Agricultural Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:
You will…

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural machinery to a high standard.

• Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and field breakdown repairs.

• Work both in the workshop and on-site, responding to customer service needs.

• Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to assess and resolve faults efficiently.

• Liaise directly with customers, ensuring excellent communication and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used.

• Support the Service Manager and wider team in achieving department objectives.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…

• Proven experience working on agricultural, construction, or plant machinery.

• Excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills with a strong understanding of hydraulics and electrics.

• Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a proactive and reliable attitude.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A full UK driving licence is essential.
