As a Business Risk Partner at Sainsbury's, you will support Sainsbury's Bank and Argos Financial Services in operating effective risk management practices by providing guidance across the business and strategic change programmes to ensure adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Your responsibilities include leading Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), collaborating with stakeholders to implement compliant controls, identifying improvements, documenting RCSA outputs, working with change management teams, and providing proactive guidance to management. You will also support the wider Business Risk & Controls team, demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple outputs, and utilize your technical knowledge in operational risk, retail banking, and financial regulations to promote effective risk management.

You are a skilled professional with strong knowledge of operational risk, retail banking, and financial services regulations. Your effective communication, change facilitation, and influencing skills are vital for ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You take a proactive, detail-oriented approach to lead risk assessments, design controls, and improve control systems.
