We’re looking for Learning Designers who can partner closely with the business to support the delivery of strategic goals through impactful learning experiences. As a business, we've made significant investments in our Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital communication tools.

As a Learning Designer, you will play a key role in repurposing existing content to be clear, engaging, and cost-effective, ensuring it meets the needs of the modern learner. Working closely alongside the wider People Development team, you’ll use data and insights coupled with Learning best practice to tailor learning strategies to individual business units and employees. As a visible and proactive member of the People Development team, you’ll help raise the profile of learning across the organisation and be a go-to point of contact for learning opportunities on a day-to-day basis.
