We are currently working with a contractor delivering a £6.5m refurbishment project in Bristol and are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the project through its finishing and snagging stages.

• Large-scale refurbishment of a 7-storey building plus basement
• Major structural and builder’s works already completed
• 2 new lifts installed
• Currently moving into finishes
• Decorating underway
• Tiling commenced this week
• 5 external door sets due for manufacture and installation to achieve full watertight status

The Role

• Take responsibility for day-to-day site management
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors during the finishing stages
• Take ownership of snagging
• This role could suit someone happy to focus heavily on finishes and snagging, as there is sufficient work to keep a manager fully occupied in this area alone.
