About the role: Site Manager role for a traditional building contractor with an excellent reputation. Deliver projects from start to finish with autonomy, responsible for full site operations, managing clients and principal contractor. Projects up to £5 m including Healthcare fit‑outs of NHS wards.

Responsibilities:

  • Full site operations
  • Manage client and principal contractor relationships
  • Ensure safety legislation and corporate safety procedures, including CDM, are applied
  • Manage design and M&E packages in high‑faced live environment
  • Operational planning and time‑management

Qualifications:

  • CSCS card (relevant)
  • Construction related degree, HNC/HND or NVQ Level 4 highly desirable
  • SMSTS or equivalent highly desirable
  • Experience with safety legislation and corporate safety procedures including CDM
  • Good management and communication skills
  • Good operational planning and time‑management skills
