The successful candidate will collaborate with the Site Manager to drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, building regulations, and quality expectations. Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential house building, preferably with a high-quality builder.
• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Site Manager to take ownership of agreed build programmes.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to.
• Conform to building regulations and warranty providers' requirements.
• Assist in ensuring cost-effective production in line with development budgets.
• Organize site meetings and ensure efficient resource usage.
• Maintain high quality and security standards on site.
