Our client, an established housebuilder, is seeking a skilled Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a focus on high-quality residential construction. The Assistant Site Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

As an Assistant Site Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing materials, coordinating tradespeople, maintaining quality control, and assisting with project scheduling. You will also assist the Site Manager in their duties, stepping up when needed. The Assistant Site Manager role is critical in delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer service.
