A leading construction apprenticeship agency is seeking Site Managers to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites in England. Successful candidates will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards. Key responsibilities include tracking project progress, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Ideal candidates should have a proactive approach, excellent communication, and previous experience in related roles, along with necessary qualifications. This role offers a dynamic and varied work environment.
Site managers oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards. Their duties will be shared across the site and the project office, often updating the management team of site progress, risks, and issues.

40 hours p/w with start time typically between 07:00 & 08:00 inclusive of paid 8 hours at college.
The passion and commitment to work in site management. It will be advantageous if you already have previous related work experience on a construction site or have completed relevant qualifications.
K10 will enrol you to the Level 4 Construction Site Supervision course and fund your qualifications through an accredited training provider.
The apprenticeship duration is 36 months.
