We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery on a challenging construction project. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for safety, quality, programme, commercial awareness, and team management on site.
You'll lead by example, creating a safe and well‑organised working environment while coordinating subcontractors, managing site activities, and ensuring works are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality
  • Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised site
  • Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation, environmental requirements, and site rules
  • Develop, maintain, and implement Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, Waste, Carbon, and MMP's
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety briefings
  • Produce and review risk assessments, method statements, lift plans, and temporary works documentation
  • Carry out regular site inspections and manage incident reporting
  • Promote a strong safety, environmental, and quality culture across the site
Planning, Programme & Delivery
  • Plan and coordinate site activities to meet programme milestones
  • Update and manage the construction programme in collaboration with the Project Planner
  • Integrate subcontractor activities and identify delays or risks early
