We are seeking a Research and Development Biologist to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance the quality of each model.

• Expert understanding of biology is required; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
• Related fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
• You can choose which projects to work on.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
