We have an exciting opportunity for a Road Collision Caseworker to join our team covering the South Wales Police Force area. This is a part-time position working 15 hours a week over 2 days. You must live within the South Wales area and be able to travel regularly throughout the area to provide face-to-face support to families bereaved by road traffic collisions.

You will join a passionate team providing high-quality, bespoke support to service users, with a focus on trauma-informed advocacy. You should be driven to make a difference daily, with resilience, adaptability, professional boundaries, excellent listening skills, and empathy. The role involves managing a busy caseload and requires strong organizational skills.
Training includes criminal justice processes, trauma-informed support, supporting traumatically bereaved families, and resilience building. You will manage your own complex caseload to high standards.
