Job summary
A leading social housing contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee a GBP20m portfolio of repairs and maintenance projects in Dartford, Kent. You will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy, managing project P&L, and enhancing contract performance. Successful candidates will demonstrate proven experience in a similar role, strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills. The position offers a base salary up to GBP85,000 with a performance-related bonus and clear paths for progression in a growing business.
