Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out Projects) to join a well-established construction company based in Swindon

The Company

We are a family-run Fit Out, Joinery, and M&E company with over 50 years of experience, delivering high-quality projects for prestigious clients such as Harrods, Qatar Airways, BA, and Wagamama. We specialise in UK airport fit outs, including Heathrow.

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects. The role involves managing costs, contracts, and budgets to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and analyzing cost estimates and budgets
2. Managing procurement and contracts
3. Monitoring project costs and financial reporting
4. Collaborating with project teams to ensure financial efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in fit out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction costs and contracts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
