A leading contracting firm in London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee two flagship Data Centres with a total build cost of circa £400m. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in major project management and be professionally qualified. Client: Our client is one of London's oldest contracting businesses who are an industry recognised brand having delivered some of the UK's and London's most iconic projects. In addition, they hold a very strong portfolio and track record of delivering major Data Centre schemes as both GC and MEP Subcontractor. Five core services areas are Engineering Services, Technologies, Infrastructure, Residential and Hotels, Facilities Management.
