About the role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will initially be a no2 on a £50m Design & Build later living luxury residential project based close to Marlow. This will include the full build and fit out. You will be on the project from procurement to final accounts with a Commercial Manager.

Their projects range from £50M-£80M across multiple sectors such as resi, commercial, industrial, and stadiums with a high number of repeat clients. They are continuing to grow with a financially strong background. This is the opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to do something exciting in a different way and approach with a profitable main contractor.
