We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a fantastic developer in the South East.

About the role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial element of the development, managing costs on site and liaising with site teams. You will have a team reporting into you consisting of a Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involvement in pre-construction activities
• Procurement of various sub-contract packages
• Dealing with variations
• Prepare Tender documentation and procurement
• Assisting in completing monthly CVRs
• Compliance and Risk management

Key Requirements:

• Educated to HNC / Degree level
• Experience working within a develope
• Be a driven and ambitious individual
• COINS experience is preferential
