We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Projects Manager to support the delivery of small-scale construction projects across multiple sites. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to a high standard of quality. This role requires close collaboration with Site Managers and cross-functional teams, including commercial, design, and senior management.
- Collaborate with senior management, commercial, and design teams to effectively plan and mobilise projects.
- Review and agree on project requirements, specifications, and Health & Safety proposals.
- Coordinate and support Site Managers across various small-scale project sites.
- Promote and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.
- Assist Site Managers in day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor oversight.
- Lead subcontractor performance meetings, programme reviews, and look-ahead planning sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor and report on project performance against KPIs and milestones.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate appropriately to senior management.
- Support seamless project handovers, ensuring snag-free and defect-free completions.
- Champion continuous improvement and share best practices across teams.
- Perform other duties as reasonably required by the business.
