Program Scheduling & Resource Management: Own the dynamic scheduling and strategic resource allocation for all consultants within the rapid DTA cycle.
Project Governance: Rigorously track progress, enforcing strict adherence to the 6-week timeline and managing engagement with the auditor’s partners.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, providing transparent updates and seamlessly coordinating with our internal team and external certification auditors.
Issue Triage & Resolution: Expertly manage client inquiries, applying sharp judgment to elevate issues swiftly and drive rapid resolution to maintain project velocity.
Operational Optimisation: Monitor consultant availability in real-time, leveraging data to make agile decisions that maximise resource utilisation across projects.
Reporting & Alignment: Prepare insightful reports on status and capacity, ensuring full alignment among consultants, team leaders, and all key stakeholders.
Leadership Communication: Structure and lead internal meetings focused on logistics and progress, resulting in clear, executable next steps.
