This position offers a salary of £40k-£45k.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in product development and project management within FMCG or luxury goods.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Strong technical knowledge of luxury and masstige secondary packaging, product development, and manufacturing processes.
• Experienced with project tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end delivery of NPD, EPD, and re-order projects.
• Overseeing project planning and execution, maintaining clear plans, critical paths, and accountability.
• Proactively managing risks and issues, driving timely decisions.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and exceptional service delivery.
• Championing governance, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
