Responsibilities include sourcing products for new introductions, managing supplier strategies, and ensuring compliance with supply chain requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT skills proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and their integration with operations.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments.
  • Awareness of compliance requirements within a global supply chain.
  • Ability to build and develop supplier relationships.
  • Proven experience in NPI implementation and project/production planning.

  • Source and negotiate new products to support New Product Introduction (NPI).
