Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP42,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international and multidisciplined practice working on large-scale projects across healthcare, education, commercial, and retail sectors. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technician to deliver a range of multi-sector projects from their Glasgow office.

To be successful, candidates should have significant post-qualification experience as a technician across various building sectors. Proficiency in Revit and experience across all RIBA work stages are essential. A good working knowledge of current BIM standards and up-to-date UK building regulations will strengthen your application.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

1. Relevant degree in Architectural Technology
2. Strong post-qualification experience within a UK practice
3. Experience working on projects across multiple sectors and all RIBA stages
4. Proficiency in Revit is essential
5. Working knowledge of NBS Chorus
6. Experience with current BIM standards in a project environment
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills
8. Ability to work well under pressure
9. Capability to deliver high-quality solutions
10. Living within a commutable distance to Glasgow
