What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from start to completion
• Manage client relationships
• Coordinate consultants and steer delivery
• Drive creative, technically sound design
• Assist with site visits
• Ability to manage workload to achieve project deadlines
• Have the ambition to learn and absorb information
• A personality that balances a good work ethic and enjoyment in the workplace

You’ll work directly with the founders, gaining real responsibility and the autonomy to make a difference.

Who You Are

• 5+ years’ UK experience
• Confident leading projects and presenting to clients
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spark
• Creative flare with understanding of technical knowledge
• Care about the environment and wellbeing of others
• Demonstrable experience on commercial projects
• Experience across all RIBA work stages
• Will have previous UK based experience
• Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regs
• Strong AutoCAD/Revit /BIM proficient
• Have attention to details
• A high standard of written and spoken English
• Positive, proactive, and passionate
• Right to work in the UK
• Due to locations of our projects you should posses a valid driving licence and your own vehicle
