A leading housebuilder in Gloucester is seeking a skilled Contract Technician to produce and manage technical drawings using Architectural Desktop and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AutoCAD, a solid understanding of Building Regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You’ll ensure designs meet Building Regulations and LABC warranty standards without constant reference.
- Strong experience with Architectural Desktop/AutoCAD.
- Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and LABC warranty requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eye for detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Revit/BIM experience.
- Residential development or housebuilder background.
