They are actively seeking experienced Architect Technologists to join their detailed design team team and play a key role in the design and delivery of their strong portfolio of Higher Education, Sci-Tech and Advanced Manufacturing projects.

The Role:

Working with the dedicated project design team you will support the detailed design delivery for a broad variety of often complex schemes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with design teams and other stakeholders to develop innovative and practical solutions for design challenges.
• Coordinate with contractors and external design consultants.

• Ensure high standards of technical documentation and project coordination
• Undertake site visits, providing technical guidance and resolving site queries effectively.

About you

Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 3 years relevant detailed design experience.
• Familiarity with larger Higher Education, Sc-Tech or Industrial projects would be an advantage, but is not essential.
• Must be proficient with AutoDesk REVIT.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplined design and delivery teams.
