Job summary
A leading care service provider is seeking a Scheme Manager to oversee Supported Living services in Sunderland. The ideal candidate will have experience in care management with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You will support the service manager, set the service culture, and inspire teams to embrace company values including potential, responsibility, integrity, diversity, and empathy. This role offers a chance to develop professionally while leading a dedicated team.

Do you have previous experience working in care, managing a team and want to use these skills to develop further and take the lead?
This is an opportunity for a pro-active Scheme Manager to join an evolving Care Company and manage our Supported Living services in Sunderland. You will need:
- Support the service manager to set the culture of the service.
- Lead and inspire the teams to ensure that everyone within it lives and breathes our company ethos.
- Previous care management experience, preferably within a supported living environment.
- Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 5 Diploma or have a suitable alternative qualification.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
