As a Luggage Porter, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to exceed our guests’ expectations. Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with our guests during their stay to ensure they have a great stay with us
  • Act as a point of contact for guests if they are looking for local recommendations- a good knowledge of the city will help!
  • Take luggage to guests’ rooms and help with any heavy items
  • Work as part of the Guest Relations team to deliver on guests’ requests
