An engaging local attraction in City of Westminster is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator. You will be responsible for executing the local marketing strategy by leading on-site campaigns, coordinating logistics, and building relationships with guests and influencers. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. The role is 24-30 hours per week at £15 per hour.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering and executing the marketing strategy set by HQ at a local level. This is a highly practical, hands‑on role that takes ownership of on-the-ground marketing activity, ensuring campaigns, activations, and content are delivered to a high standard and reflect brand guidelines.
The role will act as the local marketing lead on‑site, coordinating logistics, suppliers, guests, and influencers, while feeding insights and performance data back to HQ. This role requires the successful applicant to have a strong understanding of the local market, direct competitors, seasonal influences plus customer trends and expectations so that opportunities can be identified and exploited.
This position suits someone with professional marketing experience who understands workplace processes, is not afraid to use their initiative to problem‑solve creatively, enjoys execution and being involved in all aspects of marketing delivery.
