A leading facilities management company in Ipswich is seeking a Change and Mobilisation Coordinator to oversee project pipelines and support mobilisations. The successful candidate will manage documentation, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure project delivery aligns with standards. Qualified applicants should have experience in project management and a PRINCE2 certification. The role requires strong multitasking and interpersonal skills, and candidates must be ready to support efforts across the UK.

Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Reporting to change and transformation manager Amy McNamara, supporting Divisional Managing Directors across the OCS Group across the UK & Ireland, the successful candidate will co‑ordinate the change and mobilisation activity pipeline to enable the business to deliver change management objectives in line with our 5yr strategic vision and plans and enable mobilisations to perform in line with the contract from go‑live.
This will include working closely with senior internal stakeholders and operational teams to ensure all aspects of change management & mobilisation are covered to the required quality, legislative and compliance standards.
The role requires the candidate to work to agreed standards and methodology ensuring that change projects & mobilisations deliver the expected benefits on time, to the expected quality standards, and within the agreed budget. This includes the preparation and maintenance of all project documentation, project plans, risk and issue logs, reporting requirements and presentations. Overall management of mobilisation pipeline activities, deliverables, and resource. The role will actively support qualified Project Managers in delivering complex mobilisations and may, from time to time, depend on experience to offer opportunities to self‑deliver smaller single service contracts. These opportunities will be part of the development planning process and only offered when considered safe to do so and all parties are comfortable.
You will be competent in managing large volumes of documentation, multi‑tasking, matrix management, meeting deadlines. An engaging and clear communicator, you will instil confidence and belief in our clients, internal stakeholders and operational teams; your communication skills will enable you to build long‑standing collaborative relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike. You will be a driver for excellence, quality and innovation.
There will be an expectation for the post holder to spend the bulk of their time working from our offices in Ipswich. However, travel (funded) may be required from time to time to contract sites to support the mobilisation of new contracts and/or attend client and/or internal meetings. The Mobilisation team provide outstanding support to our business and customers, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 however, flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential.
