Temporary HR Administrator - Education Establishment

📍 Location: BD5 (Parking available onsite)
Hours: 37 hours per week, flexible start and finish times
💰 Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.25 per hour

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and fast‑paced environment on a temporary basis for 4 weeks, with the potential to extend.

Please note you will be required to have an in‑date Enhanced DBS for this position. We can process one if successful.

Key Responsibilities
  • ✅ Provide HR transnational support across the team
  • ✅ Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and arranging interviews
  • ✅ Handle on‑boarding and off‑boarding of staff
  • ✅ Assist with HR administration tasks and maintain accurate records
  • ✅ Potential involvement in payroll processes (training provided; prior experience not required)
Requirements
  • Previous HR experience in a similar role
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Enhanced DBS will need to be obtained
