Administration Assistant - STC Solutions is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis in our Great Blakenham, Suffolk office.
STC Solutions is an East Anglian business specialising in the supply, installation, servicing and calibration of weighing equipment, CCTV and access control. With a commitment to excellence, they have built a reputation for reliability and efficiency across the local area. The team is composed of passionate individuals who work together to achieve common goals within a friendly, supportive culture.
As the Administration Assistant, you will provide support to the office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a growing team. The role offers 30 hours per week with flexibility of working hours across 5 days. Once hours are agreed, there will be no flexibility to change week to week. A regular commitment on Thursdays is required.
As an Administration Assistant, you will have previous experience as an Administrator or similar role. Experience in Microsoft Office and accounting software like Xero is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to connect effectively with team members and clients. Experience of Safe Contractor, ISO 9001 and Goldmine CRM systems would be advantageous. A valid driving licence is essential to travel to the office daily.
