A leading automotive recruitment firm in London is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive strategic direction and sales performance for retail and corporate teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the automotive sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue growth. Provide strategic direction and leadership to both retail and corporate sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Foster a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
Establish and track sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement corrective measures to optimize results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients, ensuring personalized and premium service.
Continuously enhance sales processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.
Work closely with marketing, finance, after-sales service, and other internal teams, as well as dealers to ensure seamless coordination.
Oversee sales budgets effectively while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive the sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and financial reports.
Proficiency in CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.
Adaptability to the fast-paced working environment and changing market conditions and internal priorities.
