ABOUT THE ROLE

Want to be the person who turns big ideas into high-impact email campaigns? This growing content agency is on the lookout for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive change and shape the future of their clients' email marketing campaigns.

You’ll plan, launch and optimise campaigns that generate leads for clients and fuel the agency’s own growth. From crafting attention-grabbing email campaigns to analysing performance data and uncovering what really works, you’ll be at the heart of marketing innovation here.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaigns: Plan and deliver lead-gen campaigns across email, social and digital; support events and client projects; write copy for promotional content
  • Optimisation: Run A/B tests, track metrics, and refine strategies; manage risks; align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics to create clear reports, share insights and present results confidently to stakeholders.
  • Operations: Build and deploy email campaigns, manage CRM and automation, update websites, and support ads, social and design tasks.
  • Innovation: Stay on top of marketing trends, bring fresh ideas and help shape the agency’s marketing approach.

This role is based from their Central London office, working hybrid 3dpw and paying £35k - £40k depending on experience.
