Your role in our Global Team

As Account Director you are both a strategist and a leader the bridge between client vision and agency excellence.

You will oversee multi-market client partnerships ensuring business objectives are met through exceptional delivery collaboration and innovation.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships leading internal teams across account strategy creative and medical functions and managing all aspects of project and financial performance.

You will report directly to the Senior Account Director or Head of Global Business working closely with senior leaders in Paris and other Havas Health markets to ensure consistent global delivery and growth.

Operational Excellence

Oversee the planning coordination and delivery of multiple workstreams across markets.

  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time on brief and within budget in close collaboration with Project Management.
  • Foster integration between creative strategic and production teams to deliver best-in‑class output.

Financial Management

Own account financials including budgeting forecasting and profitability tracking.

  • Monitor scopes of work and ensure accurate timely billing and reconciliation.

Growth and Business Development

Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and convert opportunities for growth within existing and emerging client relationships.
