Job Title : Legal Counsel

Job Location : Boulogne-Billancourt France

Main Responsibilities :

A high variety of topics will keep you challenged throughout your experience with us!

• Providing legal support to our team on a variety of matters such as : cloud computing and / or renewable energy sector telecom compliance etc.
• Drafting reviewing and negotiating various agreements (Sales contracts procurement agreements participation agreements etc.)
• Providing a strong support to the Huawei Compliance Program in a lot of different topics like labor environment Anti-bribery (Sapin 2)

Requirements :

• Fully qualified legal counsel
• At least 3 years experience as Legal Counsel in a national / international company or as a lawyer in a law firm
• Excellent drafting analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and flexible hands-on approach
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
• Scientific background would be an added advantage
• Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced commercial environment with multinational staff
