Résumé du poste
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Data Privacy Counsel to manage the company’s data protection legal matters across the EU and Africa. This is a fully remote position that requires a law degree, significant GDPR experience, and the ability to communicate effectively. The role includes serving as the Data Protection Officer, advising on compliance, and drafting contracts. Fluency in French is a plus. Qualifications
- 3+ years of legal experience focusing on GDPR matters.
- Admitted to practice law in the UK, EU, or a major African jurisdiction.
- Experience drafting user agreements and data protection contracts.
Responsabilités
- Manage data protection and privacy legal matters in the EU and Africa.
- Serve as the Group’s Data Protection Officer.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant data protection laws.
