We’re seeking a cofounder-level Chief Marketing / Growth Officer to lead Zenna’s next stage of user growth and retention.

• Design and run creative growth experiments across TikTok, Reddit, influencers, and wellness communities
• Translate consumer insights into product feedback and growth strategy—your visibility and market understanding will directly shape the product roadmap
• Craft and scale Zenna’s brand narrative for users, investors, and partners
• Build and own the marketing engine that takes Zenna from early traction to broad adoption

• Proven track record in consumer app growth / marketing (experience in wellness / health apps strongly preferred)
• Startup mindset: resilient, resourceful, fast executor, thrives in uncertainty
• Background from strong universities or prior startup experience (a plus for fundraising credibility)
• Commitment to building long-term and growing Zenna as a category-defining brand
