You will assist in strategic project roll-out and support new product launches for Bobbi Brown. As part of the Bobbi Brown EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa) regional marketing team, you will be at the junction between our international headquarters in New York and the 17 local markets part of the region.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Product Manager in the EMEA headquarters based in Paris (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India) for the brand Bobbi Brown, in daily contact with the 17 markets and the New York headquarters to assist in strategic projects roll-out and support new product launches.
  • Go-To-Market Excellence: Contribute to the roll-out of our 360° launch strategies for new launches
  • Digital & CRM Activation: Support in shaping our brand.com and CRM strategy, creating engaging and conversion-driven content
  • Performance Insights: Track and consolidate results with seasonal reports, monthly sell-in/sell-out analysis, and post-launch reviews
  • Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of the market by conducting monthly competitor analysis (via NPD)
  • Project Coordination: Be hands-on in the development of sets & GWPs, from ideation to delivery
  • Affiliate Partnership: Act as a key contact, supporting affiliates with requests on trade marketing, local relevancy, visuals, and launch activation
  • Event & Meeting Support: Contribute to the organization of regional meetings
About You
  • Minimum Education Level: Student with a higher education Bac+4/5 or Business Schools (end-of-studies internship)
  • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: At least one experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods
  • Required Language Proficiency: English fluency is a must
  • Licenses or Certifications: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
