Base salary
- Identify new sales opportunities and target markets
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
- Present services to new and existing clients with clarity and confidence
- Build and implement strategies tailored to the Korean market
- Organize webinars, seminars, and local promotions
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Plan and attend meetings and networking opportunities
- Participate in major industry events globally
- Keep detailed records of business development activities
- Native or fluent Korean speaker (C2), with strong English (B2+)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ years of experience in business development within the financial sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong research, planning, and strategic thinking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
