Your Responsibilities
  • Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via live chat, email, and phone
  • Deliver professional customer service in both French and English
  • Support customers both pre- and post-sales for self-service products
  • Assist users with tools and products to improve overall customer experience
  • Identify common issues and trends and help advertisers resolve them
Requirements
  • Fluent French (C2) and good English (B2 minimum)

  • European Citizenship or Residence Card for Portugal
