An international customer service firm is seeking fluent French speakers for roles in customer service and content moderation. Responsibilities include providing support via various channels and monitoring content. The ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills and may come from a background in customer service. Qualifications

  • Fluent in French with an intermediate level of English.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative : Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

Content Moderator : Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

Requirements
  • French (B2-C1 level, for some project only Native) and intermediate English (B1-B2 level)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory
  • EU Citizenship or Working VISA
  • Willingness to Relocate
