With a passion for premium products and a strong network of local suppliers, the restaurant offers its guests an unforgettable culinary experience. To further enhance this experience, we are looking for a talented Chef de Cuisine (gn). The restaurant has 25 pax and is open from Tue-Sat, offering its first-class menu in the evening. In parallel, the chef is responsible for the Rooftop Bar in the summer, where fresh dishes are served for up to 30 pax. The restaurant offers wine lovers a selection of 900 positions with a focus on France.
