You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to elevating some of the most promising game concepts emerging from our innovative prototyping teams. This studio is specifically chartered to take high-potential prototypes and evolve them into successful, market-ready titles.

In this exciting role, your initial focus will be onCard Factory, a game that has already demonstrated significant promise and captured our attention with their compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and refinement of Card Factory, leveraging its existing traction to build a truly exceptional player experience. This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on the future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment.

• Oversee the creative vision and direction of a new game showing strong growth potential, ensuring a cohesive and appealing visual style.

• Lead the design and development of game assets, including characters, gameloop visuals, and user interface elements, with a focus on creating a memorable player experience.

• Drive the enhancement of the game with striking visual effects (VFX) and fluid animations, setting high standards for visual quality.

• Coordinate closely with development teams to integrate artistic elements in Unity, addressing technical challenges through innovative solutions.

• Guide the use of 2D and 3D techniques to elevate game visuals, making strategic decisions based on the game’s needs.

• Champion the adoption of advanced art production tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve asset quality.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to ensure art direction aligns with game mechanics and overall player experience

• Contribute to defining workflows, team org and hiring

• With this role, you will have a strong impact on the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people working on the most successful Voodoo game.

• Extensive experience in art direction within the mobile gaming industry, with special understanding of the casual mobile game market.

• Mastery of Photoshop, Unity, and Blender (or equivalent 3D software), with a deep understanding of their application in game development.

• Strong technical acumen to optimize assets and workflows for mobile platforms, ensuring efficiency and high performance.

• Solid artistic foundations with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering visually stunning games.

• A collaborative leader, skilled in fostering teamwork and communication, adept at giving and receiving feedback to drive creative excellence.
