A leading human resources service provider is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist business clients on one of the world's premier social media platforms. Responsibilities include providing customer support via various channels, troubleshooting issues, and improving user performance. Candidates should be fluent in French and have a good command of English, along with EU citizenship or a valid work permit. The company offers a full relocation package, initial training, private health insurance, and cultural activities.

- C2 proficiency in spoken and written French is mandatory.
- B2 proficiency in English is required.
- Must have EU citizenship or a valid EU/Portugal work permit.
Responsabilités
- Assist business clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Support and grow the self-serve online advertising user base.
- Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for digital marketing tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and advertising delivery errors.
- Proactively communicate with clients and offer solutions.
- Share customer insights to improve platform tools.
- Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

- Assist business clients via chat, email and phone.
- Support and grow the self-serve online advertising user base.
- Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for digital marketing tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs and advertising delivery errors.
- Proactively communicate with clients and offer performance-improving solutions.
- Share customer insights with internal teams to improve platform tools.
- Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- French C2 (spoken & written).
- English B2.
- EU citizenship or valid EU / Portugal work permit.
