You will assist business clients via various communication channels, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide pre- and post-sales assistance. The role requires fluency in French and offers full relocation support, including training and health insurance from day one. Suitable for candidates with EU citizenship or work permit in Portugal.

• Assist business clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Support and grow the self‑serve online advertising user base.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales assistance for digital marketing tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs and advertising delivery errors.
• Proactively communicate with clients and offer performance‑improving solutions.
• Share customer insights with internal teams to improve platform tools.
• Handle tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced and multicultural environment.

Requirements

• French C2 (spoken & written).
• English B2.
• EU citizenship or valid EU / Portugal work permit.
