• Experience in creator/influencer strategy, preferably in gaming.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
• Deep understanding of platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
• Strong strategic thinking with actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A genuine interest in Rainbow Six Siege or competitive shooters.

• Set direction for seasonal campaigns and always-on creator engagement.
• Drive engaging creator strategies with continuous activity.
• Ensure initiatives align with the Creator Strategy guidelines.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery and maintain KPIs.
• Collaborate with multiple teams for alignment across projects.
• Anticipate community shifts to inform strategy adjustments.
• Improve workflows and team's operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets effectively for creator activities.
• Contribute to innovative creator engagement in gaming.
