About the role:

As a Senior PR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated PR strategies, serving as the primary liaison between European branches and headquarters. Through strategic communications, you will enhance brand influence and drive sales growth while coordinating cross-departmental resources.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute integrated PR strategies to strengthen brand positioning in Europe and align with global objectives.
2. Act as primary contact between Europe branches and HQ, ensuring smooth communication and resource coordination.
3. Manage government relations and public affairs, leveraging established media and government contacts to support business objectives.
4. Manage crisis communications and develop rapid response protocols for potential issues.
5. Maintain good cooperative relationships with press, media, digital influencers, etc.
6. Organize and oversee media test drives and PR events, collaborating with dealers and internal teams.
7. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the senior management to support the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements:

1. University Degree in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Marketing, or commercial disciplines.
2. 5+ years of PR experience in automotive industries (OEM or agency background preferred).
3. Proven track record in media relations, government affairs and crisis management.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is mandatory.
5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
6. Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Resilient and open minded.
7. Strong ability to work under pressure.
