Job summary
Une entreprise spécialisée en transformation numérique, Audensiel, recherche un leader Agile pour garantir la réussite des projets en méthodologies Agile. Le candidat doit apporter une solide expérience en gestion d'équipe, Scrum et développement. Vous serez responsable de la qualité des livrables et de l'animation des équipes, tout en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif.
Qualifications
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire et divers missions.
- Compétences techniques en architecture d'application et gestion de produit.
Responsibilities
- Assurer la conformité avec la méthodologie Agile et la réalisation des livrables.
- Proposer des méthodes de travail pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'équipe.
- Faciliter les échanges entre membres de l'équipe et effectuer les cérémonies Scrum.

Education
A multi-specialist player in digital transformation, business consulting and technology consulting, Audensiel supports its clients in all sectors of activity in France and internationally in the following areas:
- Digital: digital transformation projects, from project management using the Agile method through AMOA and application development to acceptance/testing.
- Consulting: IT consulting within IT departments and business consulting within functional departments specifically for Banking, Insurance and the Pharmaceutical Industry in their issues of governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and transformation of financial departments ;
- Data/AI: Architecture and development of Big Data solutions with data engineer and data scientist consultants. Development of innovative artificial intelligence projects for our clients in the form of POC.
- IoT: Exploitation of data from connected objects and their processing within complex interconnected systems. Design of the entire value chain to provide the best user experience for these new services and optimize productivity gains;
- Cybersecurity: Support on the governance of our clients' cybersecurity issues. Audit and project management for data defense and security.
- Cloud/DevOps: Support at different levels of your project, strategy and governance, architecture, development or even DevOps.
- Ensure compliance with the Agile methodology and the achievement of deliverables within the defined deadlines;
- Ensure the conformity and quality of the various deliveries;
- Propose working methods to improve the effectiveness of the team;
- Reporting and weekly monitoring of team indicators (velocity, backlog depth, quality, Burndown chart, etc.);
- Be a facilitator between team members;
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies;
- Identify obstacles encountered by the team and ensure they are eliminated.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and in different missions, with several years of experience in the field of agility and development (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Continuous Integration, etc.).
Technical skills (development, application and technical architecture) and experience on the «management» of a product (BUILD, RUN) will be additional assets.
PSM I certification is a plus.
