YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The AXA Group headquarters (GIE AXA) consolidates our corporate activities, providing guidance and support to subsidiaries globally. It ensures the coordination of the Group's strategy, application of standards, consistency in commercial approaches, and sharing of best practices. The headquarters employs approximately 1000 staff from 45 nationalities, creating a rich and stimulating international environment.

Within the Group, you will join the IT department (DSI), which drives the digital transformation of the GIE, promoting innovative IT solutions aligned with the Group's strategy. The DSI acts as a true partner to the business functions, offering support and guidance.

You will be part of the Corporate Functions team, delivering end-to-end, compliant-by-design solutions for business teams.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Master's level education in Engineering or Business School.
• Proven experience as a technical Project Manager or similar role in the technology industry.
• PMP certification would be a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multicultural teamwork skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and excellent relational skills with various stakeholders.
• 10 years of experience in a similar position and proficiency in English.
