Responsibilities

Digital Strategy : Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies for the European market.

Campaign Execution : Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns independently, utilizing tools such as Demandbase, TechTarget, Marketo, ZoomInfo and Sprout. A good knowledge of Content Syndication platforms, and marketing monitoring to test and learn new digital tactics is also a plus.

Budget Management : Take ownership of the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and building appropriate reporting to follow whether the strategy is sound and effective.

Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research using tools like ZoomInfo to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making.

Performance Analytics : Utilize analytics tools, including Demandbase and PowerBI working with the Marketing Operations group to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.

Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web / blog, sales, product, and content, ensuring alignment and cohesive messaging through collaborative tools like Sprout.

Compliance : Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant digital marketing regulations across European markets, leveraging tools for data integrity like Demandbase.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field with 8 to 10 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Role. Growth hacking experience (or certification) is a plus.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in tools such as Demandbase, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Sprout, Salesforce, TechTarget, Webinar platforms, Content syndication platforms, etc.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices with a good knowledge of agency relationships.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies independently.

Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of digital marketing in European countries.

Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
